By using RepWiser, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
Fitness And Health Disclaimer
RepWiser provides workout tracking, planning, estimates, and coaching-style guidance for general fitness purposes. RepWiser is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You are responsible for deciding whether a workout, exercise, intensity, route, recommendation, or goal is appropriate for you.
Consult a qualified medical professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, pregnancy, medication concern, or other health risk. Stop exercising and seek help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any concerning symptoms.
Use Of The App
You agree to use RepWiser lawfully and responsibly. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its services, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected functionality where prohibited, or use RepWiser to harm others.
Your Data And Responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter into RepWiser, including workout notes, routines, photos, and profile details. You should not enter sensitive information into free-text fields unless you are comfortable using it inside app functionality, including optional sync or AI features.
Apple Health, Location, Notifications, And Photos
Some features require permissions from iOS, including Apple Health, Location, Notifications, and Photos. You control these permissions through iOS Settings. If you disable permissions, related RepWiser features may not work.
Beta And TestFlight Use
RepWiser may be distributed through TestFlight before public App Store release. Beta versions may contain bugs, incomplete features, or changes that affect availability. You should not rely on beta software as your only record of important information.
Subscriptions And Paid Features
RepWiser may offer paid or premium features in the future. Any paid offering made through Apple will be subject to Apple payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund rules shown at purchase time. Beta builds may temporarily unlock features for testing and do not guarantee permanent free access.
No Guarantee Of Results
Training outcomes depend on many factors, including effort, consistency, recovery, nutrition, genetics, sleep, stress, and technique. RepWiser does not guarantee strength gains, muscle gain, fat loss, injury prevention, or other results.
Availability And Changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of RepWiser as the app evolves. We may also update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
Intellectual Property
RepWiser, including its design, name, software, content, and branding, is owned by Biswajit Bastia or licensed for use. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse protected parts of RepWiser except as allowed by law.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RepWiser is provided as is and without warranties of any kind. Biswajit Bastia is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for injury, data loss, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from use of RepWiser.
Important: Always train safely, use proper equipment and technique, and make conservative decisions when fatigue, pain, or uncertainty is present.
