What lifters ask before installing.

Short answers based on the app behavior and RepWiser privacy policy. For anything else, email support@repwiser.fit.

Is RepWiser free?
RepWiser is free to download and use for core workout logging, planning, and history. Advanced features may appear as in-app purchases, and they are shown clearly in the app.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. RepWiser works on iPhone alone. The Apple Watch companion is for faster wrist-side workout controls during active sessions.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Workouts, routines, and history are stored on-device first. Cloud sync is optional and only used when enabled.
What does RepWiser use from Apple Health?
Only data you grant access to, such as sleep, resting heart rate, HRV, activity, and completed workouts. Health data is used for app features, not advertising.
How is my data stored?
Locally by default. Optional cloud sync uses RepWiser-managed infrastructure. See the privacy policy for the detailed data list.
